Digital Products & Services
•Due to the nature of digital products (software, applications, subscriptions, and digital content), all sales are generally final and non-refundable once access has been granted, unless required by law.
•Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
•Duplicate transactions or erroneous charges.
•Failure to deliver a purchased product or service.
•Technical issues originating from our systems that prevent access or use.
 
Subscriptions
•Subscription fees are billed in advance. Refunds are not issued for unused periods if you cancel mid-cycle.
•If a service is terminated by us without cause, a prorated refund may be issued.
 
Requesting a Refund
 
All refund requests must be submitted to info@etifax.com within 7 days of the transaction. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 15 business days.
